Último Guerrero – Illustrative Film Credit Opening
Role: concept, illustration, design, and animation
For my Dynamic Typography class at RIT we had to create a film or tv show open. I've always enjoyed fantasy films, particularly spanish-language mythology like Guillermo Del Toro's “Pan's Labyringth, which came out the year I took this class. Since I also really enjoy illustration, I decided to create a 2.5D-style fly through of this textured, illustrative world.

A majority of my time was spent on the initial design and storyboards. Once completed I could easily layer and sequence them in After Effects, and animate a camera which went through the scene.
